Dr. Shahram Aarabi MD/MPH is a general and vascular surgeon at the University of Washington in Seattle. He is a native of California and a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, NYU School of Medicine, and Harvard School of Public Health.

Dr. Aarabi completed all his surgical training at the University of Washington in Seattle. He has worked with poor and underserved populations over the past twenty years through various institutions including Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, the Veterans Affairs System, and Partners in Health in Haiti. 

Dr. Aarabi has an interest in public health and serving the underserved and is excited to be part of the Serenite Foundation Advisory Board.

Mark Holman has over 30 years experience in Silicon Valley serving as CEO, COO, head of Marketing, Strategy and Investing as well as serving as a partner with multiple global strategy consulting firms.  He has managed over 50 venture investments, with over $1.5bn in total asset value as well as serving as LP in 8 venture funds and serving as consultant and advisor to many of the leading technology focused private equity funds.  He previously was the founding CEO of E2open, a leading enterprise software firm which had a successful IPO in 2010 and has served on multiple private company boards, include the AI and media company i.am+.  He has an engineering undergraduate degree and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

John J Kelly was born in Liverpool, England, and raised in Glendale, Arizona.  An early interest in the theater led John to the Entertainment industry. 
John first began at Pepin-Merhi Entertainment Group, an independent production / distribution company which produced ten films per year.  In 2001, John was hired as President of Production for American Cinema International.  After his fourth film with the company, John broke away to produce freelance projects.
John has worked with Sean Penn on the critically acclaimed film, “Into The Wild”.   
In 2010, John produced the film, “127 Hours”, directed by Danny Boyle, which received many Academy Award nominations including one for BEST PICTURE.   Since then John has produced number of movies such as "Divergent", "Spy", "Terminator" , "Deadpool " and most recently "Jack Ryan " TV series on amazon prime.


 

Touria Mobin is recognized as one of the top attorneys in the field of non profit formation in the state of California. Touria is a certified specialist in Public Interest Law, and has devoted her adult life to helping humanitarian causes and non-profit organizations.

She is an active member of the State Bar of California, and the Iranian American Bar Association.
