Parisa Caviani
Founder/Executive Director
Ms. Parisa Caviani is a leading expert in strategic global initiatives and programs. She has developed and implemented organizational maturity models and execution roadmaps for complex products and programs in consumer electronics, start-ups, semiconductor, and international television networks.
Ms. Caviani has spearheaded numerous philanthropic projects dedicated to community empowerment, children and families.
She is a graduate of Santa Clara University with a degree in Communication/Film Production, Six Sigma Black Belt SSBBP, and Change Management CCMP from Cornell University.
Dr. Fatemeh Bani-Taba
Board Member
Ms. Fatemeh Bani-Taba, PsyD is currently the HealthCare Ombudsman Mediator for the Sonoma region of Kaiser Permanente. In this capacity, she serves as a confidential, impartial, independent, and informally designated neutral who is passionate about making connections with, and between, people.
Charged with providing services to assist in the resolution of healthcare concerns, she is an advocate for a fair process simultaneously for the patient, providers, staff and organization. Her goals are to improve patient safety, enhance staff and patient satisfaction, create an informal feedback loop to identify and foster systemic improvements. ​
Dr.Bani-Taba holds a BA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, as well as a Masters and Doctor of Psychology degree in Clinical Psychology.
Reza Sadaghiani

Mr Sadaghiani is a humanitarian and philanthropist advocating children and families globally. He has first hand experience in caring for a child diagnosed with cancer and has a deep understanding of the crisis a family goes through.
Mr. Sadaghiani has 20+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering Design and Engineering Management with some of the leading semiconductor industry companies such as Lam Research and Applied Materials.
